In 2018 Ascari Equities in association Rhino Capital Advisors and CLG Capital, developed a new 100,000 square foot facility for NN Precision Engineered Products Group, the building serves as NN's global center for design and manufacturing of high-precision metal components for the aerospace, automotive, communications, defense, electronics, energy, medical, and transportation industries. The facility is located on a sixteen acre parcel in Taunton MA, thirty minutes south of Boston. The property serves as an anchor to the forth phase of the Myles Standish Business Park. Ascari Equites and Rhino Capital divested this property in 2021.

In 2019 Ascari Equities joined Rhino Capital Advisors in the development of a new 28,000 square foot distribution facility in Seabrook New Hampshire for Beacon Building Products (NASDAQ:BECN). The new facility was the first property in a repositioning of real estate in the Northern New England market, and will provide local distribution for one of the nation's largest building materials suppliers. Ascari Equites and Rhino Capital divested this property in 2021.

In 2021 Ascari Equities invested as a limited partner in Rhino Capital Advisor's acquisition of an 81,080 square foot waste transfer facility located at 40 Ledin Drive in Avon MA.

In 2023 Ascari Equities invested with Rhino Capital Advisor’s for the purchase and improvement of an existing 42,000 square foot building located at 20 Ledin Drive in Avon MA. with the intent of expanding the facility to 82,000 Sqft and combing it with the property at 40 Ledin Drive leased to Waste Management.

In 2021 Ascari Equities In partnership with Cogent Capital Group developed the largest self-storage facility in the state of Rhode Island, the 106,800 square foot, 5 story building sits on a 1.3 acre site less than one mile from downtown Providence RI.

In 2023 Ascari Equities partnered with Elevator Properties to acquire and re-develop the former Wayland Bakery site into a five story 24 unit mixed use building is located on Providence’s East Side within the city’s most desirable neighborhood, home to Brown University, RISD, and some of new England’s best private schools.
